First of all, I should briefly describe activity (how does it look like? why did I choose this activity?) and describe my feelings toward it (which tells me if situation was worth doing). Then I am supposed to explain my observations, write what were the most important/useful aspects and why. What was my main goal? What have I learned? What should I do differently another time? Did I achieve what I wanted? Am I aware of my strenghts and weaknesses? It's important to be selective, because not everything that happened is worth writing about. Also, perfect reflection is written honest, so it is okay to admit to committed mistakes - I can learn from them another time.
